Transfer partition forms an essential part of the ball mill lining plate. The quality of the performance of transfer partition not only affects its service life and availability of mill, but also produces important influence on the efficiency of mill grinding. In terms of structure, BMSL can be divided into single-layer, double-layer and triple-layer BMSL .
For function, single-wall partition functions to separate large and small grinding body and material. It is fit for the overflow type material with front cabin face higher than the back cabin. Besides, it cannot screen specific materials or constrain the material by upgrading. However, the product exhibits simple structure, low cost, taking up less effective capacity in the mill and less ventilation resistance.
Double-wall transfer partition is generally applied to larger mills. Our double-layer partition lining plate transports materials in an even way and functions to keep the materials from passing through. Besides, it shows stable performance, long service life and even material sifting, can effectively reduce the repair times of mill and maximize the production performance of mill.Characteristics:
