3.Typical Hardness Distribution:
We can make precise control on steel ball's overall hardness during processing, it make overall hardness are even, there is no more than 2.5 HRC difference between core and surface hardness.

2.Heat Treatment:
Based on different chemical compositions, continuously hardening and quenching treatment can improve steel ball's hardness under certain temperatures, so as to meet different applications and working conditions.
3.Quality Inspection:
It consists of hardness test、impact-toughness test、dropping balls test and metallurgical structure test, also accept the other quality test operated by third party. For example: hardness profile of diameter 80mm ,Cr 17%
4.Quality Assurance:
The breakage rate should be less than 1% in ball mill application.
