2.Heat Treatment:
Based on different chemical compositions, continuously hardening and quenching treatment can improve steel ball's hardness under certain temperatures, so as to meet different applications and working conditions.
3.Quality Inspection:
Hardness Test:We can make precise control on steel ball's overall hardness during processing, it make overall hardness are even, there is no more than 2 HRC difference between core and surface hardness.
Note: Above chart is hardness profile typical distribution of ZQCR12 50mm steel ball.
4.Quality Assurance:
The breakage rate should be less than 1% in ball mill application.
