Shougang Steel Ball covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters, consists of 5 workshops, 6 casting production lines , 3 on-line continuous quenching and tempering heating treatment lines, casting ball’s quality and production efficiency are highly improved by adapting automated casting production technology. The annual production capacity is 50000 tons including cast grinding media balls(Ø10mm-Ø150 mm) and cylpebs(Ø8*10 mm -Ø50x60 mm). Shougang Steel Ball has been developed into a professional manufacturer of grinding media and service provider in China within 10 years efforts.
Shougang Steel Ball successfully launched the high chrome grinding steel ball with advanced equipment and technology, product’s cost effectiveness reached national’s leading level. 2013
By adoption of automatic production technology, building one national advanced steel ball iron coated sand automatic production line +continuously oil quenching heat treatment + auto temper treatment production line, by researching to improve product’s quality; annual capacity reached 50,000 tons, the super high cast ball with Cr 28% successfully researched and entered into South America mining market, it witness company’s products reached
2012
Company adopted spectrum analyzer, build independent quality inspection center, with the original workshop in 20,000 M2, and build new plant 5000 ㎡.
2011
The company changed its name to Tangshan Fengrun Shougang Metallurgy And Building Materials Co. ,Ltd in November 2011, created company’s Grinding Technology R&D Centre. Tangshan Fengrun Shougang won the market reputation for quality assurance unit of Hebei Province at the same year. Company’s product entered into international market by broker.
2010
The adoption of semi-auto production + oil quenching heat treatment + electric furnace temper treatment, make capacity reached 30,000 Tons. Tangshan Fengrun Shougang wear-resistant materials Co. ,Ltd. won the Hebei AAA quality and integrity of enterprise brand, won the Member unit of China Quality Credit Association
2007
Newly installed one set auto oil quenching treatment equipment, improved high chrome cast steel ball’s hardness and wearing-resistance. Corporate with the Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau, this provide advanced equipment and technology support on material check & finished product inspection, company has won the national wear-resistant material market recognized brand name of wear resistant alloy steel ball series.
2006
Equipped two sets medium frequency furnace & tempering furnace and updated electrical oven production line to semi-automated during 2006, production designing capacity reached 20,000 tons.
2004
Installed two sets medium frequency furnace and tempering furnace to improve smelting ability and upgrade tempering technology, designing capacity is 10,000 tons.
